    • Effective on trade date Tuesday, March 19, 2019, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, this Market Regulation Advisory Notice will supersede CME Group Market Regulation Advisory Notice RA1813-5 from November 15, 2018. It is being issued to:

      • add Q&A 5 concerning requirements with respect to third-party electronic systems used to facilitate the execution of EFRPs;
      • amend the answer to Q11 to provide additional regulatory guidance attendant to the pricing of EFRPs; and
      • amend the answer to Q22 concerning submission of EFRPs to CME Clearing.
