    • Effective on trade date Monday, December 3, 2018, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, this Market Regulation Advisory Notice will supersede CME Group Market Regulation Advisory Notice RA1811-5 from August 24, 2018.  It is being issued to amend Section 6 and Section 13 in connection with adding calendar spread block trade eligibility to BTIC on S&P 500 Total Return Index Futures
