      SUBJECT:             Approved Application for Decrease in Soybean Meal Regularity

       

      Pursuant to Regulation 703, notice is hereby given that Owensboro Grain Company, LLC has applied and been approved by the Exchange for a decrease of regularity in Soybean Meal at the following facility:

      Owensboro, KY 1,600 tons 553 1,000 tons 463

      Approval is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this decrease of regularity during the week of July 9, 2018 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
