    • Effective on June 5, 2018, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, this Advisory Notice will supersede CME Group Market Regulation Advisory Notice RA1610-5 from October 7, 2016. It is being issued to clarify that registration of CME Globex (“Globex”) operator IDs (“Tag 50 ID”) in the Exchange Fee System (“EFS”) is required for any party receiving preferential fees in accordance with various programs offered by any of the Exchanges, unless the terms of those programs specifically exempt such registration.
