      SUBJECT:             Approved Application for RBOB and ULSD Regularity

      The Exchange has approved the application of Shell Oil Products US for a declaration of regularity in RBOB and ULSD at their Newark, NJ location.

      Approval is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval in RBOB regularity during the week of May 7, 2018 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
