SUBJECT: Storage and Handling Rate Changes for Kodiak Warehouse, LLC
Kodiak Warehouse, LLC, a COMEX Warehouse for the storage and delivery of copper deliverable against the Exchange’s Copper futures contracts, will implement new rates at their facility located in St. Rose, LA. The new rates, presented below, reflect the maximum amount of fees that can be charged.
In accordance with Exchange rules, the new rate schedule will become effective on July 1, 2018.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the rate changes during the week of July 2, 2018 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
