      SUBJECT:     Regularity Approval for Weighmaster in Copper

       

      The Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) has received and approved the application of Utah Commodity Storage, Inc. for regularity to be a weighmaster in Copper at their locations in Tooele, Utah (Building 621, 651, 661, and 671). 

      This approval is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval during the week of December 18, 2017 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
