      The Exchange has approved the application of CHS Inc. for a declaration of regularity in Ethanol at the location listed below:

      Argo, IL 320,000-Gallons 201

       

      CHS Inc. has designated R.J. O’Brien as its clearing agent.  The warehouse code for the Argo, IL facility is 5231.  

      This approval is effective immediately.

       

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval during the week of November 6, 2017 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
