Delisting of Certain Natural Gas Futures and Option Contracts and Amendment to Aggregation Allocations of Existing Related Contracts

As announced in Special Executive Report SER-8000, earlier today, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) delisted one-hundred and forty-eight (148) natural gas futures and option contracts (the “Delisted Contracts”). As a result of this delisting, the Exchange amended the aggregation allocations of certain existing related contracts (the “Amended Contracts”) to reflect the new aggregation allocations. The Delisted Contracts and Amended Contracts are set forth in Appendix C and Appendix D, respectively, of NYMEX Submission No. 17-378.
