    • Effective Thursday, October 4, 2018, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (“CME”) will amend CME Rules 8G04. (“IRS Clearing Member Obligations and Qualifications”); 8G14. (“Mitigation of IRS Loss”); 8G25. (“IRS Default Management Committee”); and 8G802. (“Protection of Clearing House – Satisfaction of Clearing House Obligations”) (collectively, the “Rule Amendments”).
