Withdrawal of Lead Regularity from an Approved Warehouse

SUBJECT:            Withdrawal of Lead Regularity from an Approved Warehouse

Please be advised that C. Steinweg – Handelsveem B.V., an existing warehouse for the storage of lead, has requested from the Exchange that its facility located in Johor, Malaysia (132, PLO 142 Pasir Gudang) be withdrawn from Lead Regularity.  This location will no longer be available for the storage of lead deliverable against the respective COMEX Futures contract.

The withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this withdrawal in regularity during the week of September 25, 2017 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
