      SUBJECT:      Approved Applications for Increase in Copper Regularity

       

      The Exchange has approved the applications for an increase in Copper regularity from Stagecoach Cartage & Distribution, LLC at the facilities listed below:

       

      Facility Current Storage Approved Storage
      El Paso, Texas (5804) 94,444 short tons 110,231 short tons
      El Paso, Texas (5806) 22,222 short tons 33,069 short tons

       

      This approval is effective immediately.

       

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of these increases in regularity during the week of August 28, 2017 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
