      SUBJECT:            Regular Firm Name Change  

       

      The Exchange was notified that NGL Logistics, LLC, a regular firm for delivery of Ethanol, has changed its name to NGL Crude Logistics, LLC.   This change is the result of a restructure.   

      This is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this regular firm name change during the week of July 3, 2017 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
