      SUBJECT:          Notification of Brand Producer Name Change

       

      The Exchange was notified that BHP Copper Inc., producer of Copper brand BHPP, has changed its name to Pinto Valley Mining Corp.  This name change is the result of an ownership change.

       

      This change is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this name change during the week of May 15, 2017 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
