      SUBJECT:            Approved Applications for Increase in Soybean Oil Regularity

       

      The Exchange has approved the application for an increase in Soybean Oil regularity from Archer Daniels Midland Co at their facilities below. The following chart provides the facility, current storage capacity, current maximum allowable receipts, requested storage capacity, and requested maximum allowable receipts as follows:

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the increase in Soybean Oil regularity during the week of May 1, 2017 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
