      SUBJECT:             Withdrawal of Zinc Regularity from an Approved Warehouse

       

      Please be advised that Worldwide Warehouse Solutions LLC, an existing Warehouse for the storage of Zinc has requested from the Exchange that its facility located in Chicago, IL be withdrawn from the exchange for Zinc Regularity.  This location will no longer be available for the storage of Zinc deliverable against the respective COMEX Futures contract.

      The withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this withdrawal in regularity during the week of April 10, 2017 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
