      SUBJECT:             Withdrawal of Regularity in Rough Rice

       

      Pursuant to Rule 707, notice hereby is given that The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (CBOT) has approved a request from Ritter Grain Services for a withdrawal of regularity for the delivery of Rough Rice at their Otwell, AR location.  There are no registered warehouse receipts outstanding from this facility.

       

      This withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the withdrawal in regularity during the week of March 13, 2017 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
