      The Exchange has approved an application for an increase in Hard Red Winter Wheat regularity from Flint Hills Grain, LLC at the facility listed below:

      Approval is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this increase in regularity during the week of November 21, 2016 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
