      The Exchange has approved the application of Nidera Cahokia LLC for a declaration of regularity in Soybeans at their facility listed below:

      Nidera Cahokia LLC has designated ABN AMRO Clearing Chicago LLC as its clearing agent.  The warehouse code for the Cahokia, IL facility is 1775.
