      SUBJECT:             Approved Application for Ethanol Regularity

       

      The Exchange has approved the application of Shell Trading (US) Company for a declaration of regularity in Ethanol at the location listed below:

      Argo, IL 105,000-Gallons 126

       

      Shell Trading (US) Company has designated SG Americas Securities LLC as its clearing agent.  The warehouse code for the Argo, IL facility is 5225.

      Approval is effective immediately.

       

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval during the week of October 10, 2016 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
