      SUBJECT:           Withdrawal of Application for Ethanol Regularity

      Notice hereby is given that The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (CBOT) has been notified that Astra Oil Company LLC requested voluntarily to withdraw their application for regularity in Ethanol at the following location:

      This withdrawal is effective immediately.
