      SUBJECT:     APPLICATION FOR EU WHEAT REGULARITY

       

      Notice is hereby given that the firm listed below has applied for regularity for wheat deliverable against the Chicago Board of Trade EU Wheat futures contract.  Pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the CBOT EU Wheat futures contract will be listed on the Exchange effective trade date September 12, 2016.
