      SUBJECT:             Approved Application for EU Wheat Regularity

       

      In connection with the listing of the physically delivered EU Wheat futures contract on trade date September 12, 2016, the Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (“CBOT” or “Exchange”) approved the applications of Vivescia Cooperative for regularity in EU Wheat at their facilities listed below:

       

      Facility Maximum Capacity Maximum Certificates
      Coolus, France 25,000 tons 500
      Chatres, France 25,000 tons 500
      Acy Romance, France 25,000 tons 500

       

      The warehouse codes for these facilities will be; Coolus (1338), Chatres (1340), and Acy Romance (1342) respectively.
