Large Trader Requirements. Postponement of Initial Listing of Three (3) Crude Oil Futures Contracts and Amendments to Position Limits and Accountability Levels of Dated Brent (Platts) Financial Futures and Option Contracts

As noted in SER-7676RR dated June 23, 2016, the listing of three (3) crude oil futures contracts shown below, and the increase of the spot month limit of the Dated Brent (Platts) Financial Futures (commodity code UB) and associated futures and option contracts are postponed until further notice.

• Urals Mediterranean (S&P Global Platts) vs. Dated Brent (S&P Global Platts) CFD Futures
• Urals North (S&P Global Platts) vs. Dated Brent (S&P Global Platts) CFD Futures
• CPC Blend CIF Mediterranean (S&P Global Platts) vs. Dated Brent (S&P Global Platts) Futures
