SUBJECT:           Declaration of Regularity Renewal for Hard Red Winter Wheat Facilities

The Exchange has approved the regularity renewals of Hard Red Winter Wheat delivery facilities for the period beginning June 1, 2016.

 A complete listing of Hard Red Winter Wheat regular facilities is available in Chapter 14H of the Rules and Regulations.

This renewal is effective June 1, 2016.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this renewal of regularity during the week of June 6, 2016 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
