      SUBJECT:    WITHDRAWAL OF GOLD KILO BRANDS REGULARITY

       

      Effective immediately, the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX or Exchange”) will no longer deem Atasay Kuyumculuk Sanayi Ve Ticaret and L'azurde Company for Jewelry as eligible gold kilo brands deliverable against the Gold Kilo futures contract.

       

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of these delisting’s during the week of April 18, 2016 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
