      SUBJECT:            Approved Application for Increase in Soybean Oil Regularity

       

      The Exchange has approved the application for an increase in Soybean Oil regularity from Minnesota Soybean Processors at their Brewster, MN facility. 

       

      The approved increase in capacity would allow for 88,800,000 pounds of storage, which would allow the firm to issue up to 1480 warehouse receipts from this facility. 

       

      Approval is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the increase in regularity during the week of April 18th, 2016 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
