      SUBJECT:     REGULARITY APPROVALS FOR COPPER

       

      The Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) has received and approved the applications of Worldwide Warehouse Solutions LLC for regularity in copper at their locations in Chicago, IL and New Orleans, LA.  The approved capacities at these facilities are 55,115 short tons and 16,777 short tons, respectively.

      The storage and handling charges for both locations are as follows:

      Storage – Indoor per short ton per month

      $9.75

      Inbound Handling per short ton

      Outbound Handling per short ton (truck)

      $36.00

      Outbound Handling per short ton (rail)

      $42.50

      Weighing Charge per short ton

      $5.50

      Facility Receipt (Issue and Replacement)

      Issuance of Bill of Lading (per truck and railcar)

      $15.00

      Blocking and Bracing per short ton (truck and rail)

      $4.50

      Additional Labor per man hour (1 hour minimum)

      $75.00

      Note 1:  Inbound handling to be billed to cargo owner

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of these approvals during the week of April 11, 2016 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
