      SUBJECT:           WITHDRAWAL OF APPROVED NYMEX HARBOR TERMINALS

       

      Notice is hereby given that BP Products North America, Inc., is withdrawing their regularity for RBOB and ULSD at their Carteret terminal and their regularity for ULSD at their Port Newark terminal.

       

      The withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this withdrawal in regularity during the week of March 28, 2016 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
