        RULE VIOLATION:  514. TRADING INFRACTIONS.

          A. The following shall constitute trading infractions:

               9. ("conduct of an unbusinesslike nature"). 

         FINDINGS:  On April 10, 2024, a panel of the Floor Conduct Committee found that on March 6,    2024, Bulger engaged in unbusinesslike conduct in a CMEGroup facility. The Panel found that in so doing Bulger violated CME Rule 514. A. 9. 

        PENALTY:  The Panel imposed a fine of $1000

        EFFECTIVE DATE:  April 26, 2024
