FINDINGS:

During the period of April 1, 2023, to June 30, 2023, Archr, LLP violated Rule 536.B.1 by submitting incorrect account numbers at order entry.

PENALTY:

On November 15, 2023, Archr, LLP, pursuant to Rule 512 (“Reporting Infractions”), was issued a $2,000 fine for its violations of Rule 536.B.1.
