Rule 536.B GLOBEX ORDER ENTRY

FINDINGS:

During the period of October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, BGC Financial, LP violated Rule 536.B.1 by submitting incorrect account numbers at order entry.

PENALTY:

On May 3, 2023, BGC Financial, LP, pursuant to Rule 512 (“Reporting Infractions”), was collectively issued a $2,000 fine for its violations of Rule 536.B.1, as follows (see companion case CBOT-DQA-23-1117):  CME - $1,000, CBT - $1,000.
