FINDINGS:

During the period of April 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022, E D & F Man Capital Markets Limited violated Rule 536.B.1 by submitting incorrect account numbers at order entry.

PENALTY:

On February 8, 2023, E D & F Man Capital Markets Limited, pursuant to Rule 512 (“Reporting Infractions”), was collectively issued a $2,000 fine for its violations of Rules 536.B. (see companion case CBOT DQA-22-1001):  – CME $1,000, CBOT $1,000.
