RULE VIOLATION: 

Rule 513.A. Conduct, Apparel and Badges – General

FINDINGS:

During the course of monitoring the Eurodollar Options pit and Trading Floor for compliance with published Guidelines for Trading Floor Access, including provisions related to social distancing and safety standards (see CME Market Regulation Advisory Notice RA2001-3), Market Regulation observed that on several occasions during March, 2021, your face mask was not warn n the correct manner.

PENALTY:

Pursuant to Rule 513.A. (Conduct, Apparel and Badges – General), as provided in Market Regulation Advisory Notice RA2001-3. In accordance with Rule 513.B. (Conduct, Apparel and Badges – Sanctions), you are hereby ordered to pay a fine in the amount of $250.
