      RULE VIOLATION:   514. TRADING INFRACTIONS. A. The following shall constitute trading infractions: A.9: ("conduct of an unbusinesslike nature") 

      FINDINGS:  On January 21, 2020, a panel of the Floor Conduct Committee found that on January 10, 2020, Miczek engaged in conduct of an unbusinesslike nature while on the CME Group trading floor. The Panel found that in so doing Miczek violated CME Rule 514. A.9.

      PENALTY:   The Panel imposed a fine of $500.

      EFFECTIVE DATE:   February 3, 2020
