      RULE VIOLATION:  514. TRADING INFRACTIONS. A. The following shall constitute trading infractions: 514.A.9 (conduct of an unbusinesslike nature); 

      FINDINGS:  On January 21, 2020, a panel of the Floor Conduct Committee found that on January 10, 2020, Herbst recorded video from the CME Group trading floor on a personal electronic device and posted that   video on social media. The Panel found that in so doing Herbst violated CME Rule 514. A.9.

      PENALTY:  The Panel imposed a fine of $1500.

      EFFECTIVE DATE:  February 3, 2020
