      RULE VIOLATION:

      514. TRADING INFRACTIONS. A. The following shall constitute trading infractions: 12. disseminating false, misleading, or inaccurate quotes;

      FINDINGS:

      On November 29, 2018, a panel of the Floor Conduct Committee found that on November 8, 2018, Ramon disseminated false, misleading, or inaccurate quotes while in the S&P Options pit.  The Panel found that in so doing Ramon violated CME Rule 514.A.12

      PENALTY:

      The Panel imposed a fine of $2500.

      EFFECTIVE DATE:

      December 14, 2018
