RULE VIOLATION:

514. TRADING INFRACTIONS. A. The following shall constitute trading infractions: 9. conduct of an unbusinesslike nature;

FINDINGS:

On November 28, 2018, a panel of the Floor Conduct Committee found that on November 8, 2018, Maclean engaged in unbusinesslike conduct while in the S&P Options pit.  The Panel found that in so doing Maclean violated CME Rule 514.A.9.

PENALTY:

The Panel imposed a fine of $1000.
