514.  TRADING INFRACTIONS.  A. The following shall constitute trading infractions: 2. “a bid or offer which tends to confuse other traders”

FINDINGS:

On October 23, 2018, a panel of the Floor Conduct Committee found that on October 17, 2018, Stone offered in a manner which confused other traders in the Wheat/Oat options pit. The Panel found that in so doing, Stone violated CBOT Rule 514. A. 2.

PENALTY:

The Panel imposed a fine of $500.
