The Market Regulation Department will conduct exams of clearing members in order to verify the accurate recording and submitting of required audit trail information.

FINDINGS:

Pursuant to the results of a back office CTR exam, on for trade dates March 26, 2018 through April 6, 2018, ADM Investor Services, Inc’s data entry errors for sequenced cards, verbal orders, and floor orders exceeded the 10% error level mandated by Rule 536.F.

PENALTY:

Pursuant to the Rule 536.F sanction schedule, ADM Investor Services, Inc. was issued a $2,500 fine on June 7, 2018 for its first violation of Rule 536.F. within 24 months.
