514. TRADING INFRACTIONS.

A. The following shall constitute trading infractions:

514. A. 9; (“conduct of an unbusinesslike nature”)

FINDINGS:

On February 21, 2018, a panel of the Floor Conduct Committee found that on February 15, 2018, Springer threw multiple trading cards from the Standard & Poors 500 Stock Index futures pit. The Panel found that in so doing Springer violated CME Rule 514. A.9.

PENALTY:

The Panel imposed a fine of $500.
