Trade Information to be Archived

Effective this Sunday, May 7, to improve real-time blotter and report performance, trade information older than one year will be archived in both Production and Staging (New Release) environments.

CME ConfirmHub will maintain a rolling 1-year trade data history thereafter.

Impacted reports and information retrieval include:

• CME ConfirmHub GUI:
  • Trade Grid (blotter)
  • Submission history
  • Events monitoring
• CME ConfirmHub API
  • GetDeals
  • GetEvents

Archived data will be available by request via the CME Global Command Center (GCC) in the U.S. +1 800 438 8616, in Europe at + 44 20 7623 4747 or Asia at +65 6532 5010.

New - Information Security Update

CME Group is committed to our customers’ information security. To deliver the best security and customer experience, effective Sunday, May 21 (trade date Monday, May 22), CME ConfirmHub will support TLS version 1.2 only, and TLS 1.0, 1.1 and DES/3DES ciphers for TLS 1.2 connectivity will be disabled.

This change will be effective in Staging (New Release) on Wednesday, May 10.
