Trade Information to be Archived

Effective Sunday, May 7, to improve real-time blotter and report performance, trade information older than one year will be archived in both Production and Staging (New Release) environments.

CME ConfirmHub will maintain a rolling 1-year trade data history thereafter.

Impacted reports and information retrieval include:

  • Trade Grid (blotter)
  • Submission history
  • Events monitoring
• CME ConfirmHub API
  • GetDeals
  • GetEvents

Archived data will be available by request via the CME Global Command Center (GCC) in the U.S. +1 800 438 8616, in Europe at + 44 20 7623 4747 or Asia at +65 6532 5010.
