CME Direct Software Enhancement Coming May 21

On Sunday, May 21 (trade date Monday, May 22), there will be a CME Direct software upgrade.

The software release includes:

• New Straddle Grid – Add the new grid to quickly create and view an Options Straddle run of ATM strikes by term. Select an underlying future, term length, and category to populate the grid.
• Day to Expiry Column – Users can add a DTE column to Options, Futures, and Strategy Grid to easily see the time till expiry.
• Grid Builder Product Listing – Users can now more easily find relevant products when building or editing Trading grids with a grouped product display.
• Options Grid Alternative Strike – For Option products with alternative strikes, users can add the column via grid preferences to easily view.

The CME Direct team recommends you save a copy of your workspace prior to the system upgrade. To save a workspace, navigate to: Menu > Export Window Layout.

If you receive an “out-of-date” notification when attempting to launch CME Direct following the software update, open the application here.
