Reminder: volume threshold has now changed

As notified in September of last year, the volume threshold for the CME Direct market data fee waiver changed on Jan 1, 2023, to an average daily volume (ADV) of ten per calendar quarter per DCM* for each user. In all other respects, the CME Direct market data fee policy has not changed.

Fees based on the new ADV threshold are being assessed during this current calendar quarter, and will be reflected in monthly invoices during the second calendar quarter of 2023.
