CME Direct Software Enhancement Coming September 19

On Sunday, September 19 (trade date Monday, September 20), there will be a CME Direct software upgrade. With this upgrade, CME Direct will require a minimum Microsoft .NET Framework version of 4.7.2 or higher. Users not on the required minimum version will not be able to access the application. The latest version of .NET is available via Microsoft’s website.

The software release includes:

• Quick Options Grid Formatting: Users can select from new header formats and change the color of headers based on the Option Category.
• Directed Request for Quote: Users can set a preference to have a Confirm Deal ticket automatically populate without a notification when a counterparty acts on a price.

The CME Direct team recommends you save a copy of your workspace prior to the system upgrade. To save a workspace, navigate to: Menu > Export Window Layout.
