    • On Sunday, September 8 (trade date Monday, September 9), there will be a CME Direct software upgrade. The software release includes general software fixes and improvements.

      CME Direct team recommends you save a copy of your workspace prior to the system upgrade.  To save a workspace:  Menu > Export Window Layout.

      If you receive an “out-of-date” notification when attempting to launch CME Direct following the software update, please use this link to open the application: https://cmedirect.cmegroup.com.

      CME Group has also updated the CME Direct User Help System to more accurately reflect the time of CME Direct availability.
