    • On Sunday, April 14 (trade date Monday, April 15), there will be a CME Direct software upgrade. 

      • The release will include software fixes and improvements.

      Reminder: Notes Field Enhancement –  The Notes field currently available on CME Direct will now pass through on CME STP messages for CME Globex trades as of Sunday, March 31. Customers connected to the CME STP service can view those notes on the Report Side Group of the Trade Capture Report. Please review the CME STP Notice for additional information.

      CME Direct team recommends you save a copy of your workspace prior to the system upgrade.  To save a workspace:  Menu > Export Window Layout.

      If you receive an “out-of-date” notification when attempting to launch CME Direct following the software update, please use this link to open the application: https://cmedirect.cmegroup.com.
