CME Direct Software Enhancement Coming May 20

Valued CME Direct client, on Sunday, May 20 (trade date Monday, May 21), there will be a CME Direct software upgrade.

Due to recent disruptions on our CME Direct platform, we have taken steps to enhance the stability of the platform and continue to review both the hardware and software aspects of the system. Resolving these issues are the highest priority for the CME Direct team and we truly appreciate your patience.

The software release will also include the following enhancements:

• System Performance Improvements
• Deal Entry Favorites - Allows a user to save a favorite for deal entry without specifying a trader. Favorites can be saved with a Company and Account only.
• Single Sided Deals - On single sided deal entry users can enter a passable note to the alleged counterparty.
• Globex Trade Notes - Trader Admins can now add and edit notes on a Globex trade in the order book.
