UpdateCME ClearPort API Migration to Google Cloud - March 1

Effective Sunday, March 1 (trade date of Monday, March 2), CME ClearPort API on Google Cloud will be available and the current Production on-Prem URL will be decommissioned.

This change affects only the HTTPS session-less and session-based connectivity options. There are no changes to the authentication, message formats or specification exchanged between CME ClearPort and client systems.

Clients can continue to use their existing entitled API IDs.
